LockThis provides secure cloud storage services for files, passwords, and notes. Our service includes end-to-end encryption, cross-platform synchronization, and flexible storage plans. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use LockThis, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Store, transmit, or share any illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts

5. Data Security and Encryption

LockThis uses end-to-end encryption to protect your data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your encryption keys and recovery codes. We cannot recover your data if you lose access to your account credentials or encryption keys.

6. Storage Limits and Plans

Storage limits are determined by your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify storage limits and pricing. If you exceed your storage limit, we may suspend or restrict your account until you upgrade your plan or reduce your storage usage.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. If payment fails, we may suspend your account until payment is received.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by LockThis and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you store using the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LockThis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
